my name is jackson vade. i am a 17 year old musician based in the midwestern city of elkhart, indiana.

i play guitar, saxophone, and keyboard instruments and have made music since i was 13.

i make my music and covers quickly, usually only spending a couple hours on each one. i have a good understanding of mixing, mastering, and audio effects in general, but i always love learning more about making music.

i don't see myself making music as a career; as of now, music is a way for me to create something to look back on and feel accomplished about.

that being said, my music is a reflection of my experiences and my life. it shows my growth, things i’ve been through, and how i'm changing. in fact, i find myself appreciating this aspect of art more often than the artwork itself.

so i believe it is important to preserve art in this way. not just for what it is, but what it tells us about the artist.
